4 Days Tour Ninh Binh and Lan Ha Bay Cruise

Morning Activities
Depart from Hanoi at 8:00 AM for a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Tam Coc Tourist Spot. Upon arrival, embark on a memorable sampan boat ride through the "Three Caves." A local villager will skillfully row you along a peaceful river flanked by towering limestone hills.  

The journey takes you through three distinct tunnel-like caves, offering nearly two hours of breathtaking natural beauty. Following this serene boat ride, you’ll be transferred to Xuan Ang Ngoai Village, where a brief hike along a farm path will lead you to a charming restaurant tucked away in a hidden valley.  

Afternoon & Evening Activities
After enjoying lunch and some relaxation, continue your adventure with a hike through the captivating scenery of mountains, farmlands, and villages. End your day with an ascent of 500 steps to the summit of Ngoa Long Mountain at Hang Mua. From the top, you’ll be treated to spectacular 360-degree views of the karst landscape. If the weather allows, your guide will time the visit perfectly to let you witness a stunning sunset from this breathtaking vantage point.  

Return to your hotel in Ninh Binh for an overnight stay.

Morning Activities
Start your day with an early departure from the resort at 8:00 AM for a scenic 3-hour drive to the port. At 12:00 PM, board the  Indochine Cruise Cruise, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by the friendly crew and treated to a refreshing welcome drink.  

Settle into your cabin after a brief safety procedures session conducted by the crew. Take some time to explore the vessel or simply relax while admiring the stunning seascape.  

Enjoy a special lunch featuring fresh seafood and a variety of mouthwatering dishes as the cruise sets sail to Lan Ha Bay. Pass by Da Chong and catch a glimpse of the historic lighthouse built by the French over a century ago.  

As the cruise enters the Cua Van area of Lan Ha Bay, marvel at the extraordinary limestone karst formations. Begin your adventure with a visit to Ba Trai Dao beach, where you can kayak through crystal-clear waters or take a refreshing swim. Return to the main boat by 5:00 PM, and the cruise will proceed to its overnight docking location.

Evening Activities 
Participate in a cooking demonstration and learn to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes, followed by a delectable Signature Dinner in the onboard restaurant.  

The rest of the evening is yours to unwind. Savor an exotic cocktail, choose from an extensive selection of wines, beers, and liquors at the bar, or simply revel in the tranquil evening atmosphere of the bay. If you’d like, you can book a spa session, enjoy onboard activities like watching a documentary, trying squid fishing, or relaxing on the sundeck under a star-filled sky.

Begin your day by waking up early to witness the magnificent sunrise over the bay. Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to start the morning with peace and balance, while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.  

Afterward, relish a buffet breakfast at the restaurant, featuring the finest local coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Then, board the  Indochine Boat for an excursion to Viet Hai Village. Embark on a scenic bicycle ride along the village path, passing through lush rainforests and a dark tunnel. On the way, soak in the breathtaking views of rice fields. Take some time to relax in the village and immerse yourself in the serene surroundings.  

Next, visit a traditional local house built from straw, mud, and bamboo, where you’ll get a glimpse of life in the valley. For added convenience, optional electric car service is available at an extra cost. Enjoy a delicious Signature set menu lunch onboard the day boat.

Afterward, embark on a small rowing boat to explore the enchanting Dark & Bright Cave and its surrounding islets. This area offers a pristine, wild, and mysterious beauty nestled within the heart of a World Heritage Site.  

Return to the main cruise afterward and prepare to check out of your cabin as the cruise makes its way back to the mainland. Indulge in a final early brunch and bid farewell to the crew at 11:30 AM before boarding the tender to return to the wharf by noon.
